1. Order Processing & Handling Time

• Standard Ready Stock Machines: Processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation.
• Customized / High-Capacity Plants: Built to specifications and dispatched within 5 to 10 business days depending on customization requirements.
• Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday during standard operating hours (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST).

3. Industrial Packaging & Damage Protection

All machinery is securely packaged using heavy-duty wooden crates, water-resistant stretch wrapping, and shock-absorbent cushioning to protect against transit vibrations, moisture, and road hazards.

4. Shipment Tracking & Delivery Notification

Upon dispatch from our Noida manufacturing hub, we provide a complete Consignment Note (Bilty / Lorry Receipt - LR Number) and driver/transporter contact details via WhatsApp and Email so you can track the vehicle status in real-time.

5. On-Site Unloading & Installation Support

The client is responsible for providing appropriate space and unloading arrangements (such as forklift or labor) at the delivery site. Laghu Udyog Bharat provides engineer video guidance or dispatches on-site technicians for machine commissioning and operator training upon arrival.
