1. Pricing & Currency Transparency

All machine prices displayed on our website and in official quotations are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are transparent, competitive, and reflective of base machine configurations. Applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax), freight, and insurance charges are detailed transparently on official commercial proforma invoices.

2. Machine Specifications & Performance

We strive to provide accurate technical specifications, production capacities, power ratings, and dimensions. Production capacity figures (e.g., pieces per hour/minute) represent standard factory testing ratings and may vary based on operator expertise, electricity voltage stability, and raw material quality.

3. Commercial Orders & Payment Terms

Commercial orders are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed booking advance via authorized payment methods:

• Accepted Payment Modes: Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS), Account Payee Cheque, UPI, and Cash on In-Person Booking at our Noida office.
• The remaining balance payment must be settled prior to or upon dispatch as per the commercial quotation terms.
• Official GST tax invoices are provided with every dispatched machine.

4. Warranty & After-Sales Service

Laghu Udyog Bharat provides a comprehensive 1-Year Manufacturing Warranty covering mechanical structural parts and manufacturing defects. Electrical motors and electronic components carry respective OEM manufacturer warranties. Warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear parts (such as cutting blades, heater coils, belts) or damages resulting from incorrect voltage or unauthorized client modifications.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, brand logos, product descriptions, photography, technical diagrams, and website content are the exclusive property of Laghu Udyog Bharat. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any commercial transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.
